Delivery and returns
We are currently sending all orders out within 2 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time. You can call us on 07980 658128 to check the status of your order or drop us an email to email@example.com.
Special Delivery (via courier - please note this not guaranteed by next day 6pm) is available on all orders for an additional charge of £6.95. Orders need to be placed by 12pm.If you would like to select this option, go to Gift Options on the top menu of the home page and you will be able to add it to your order.
Orders for Personalised Prints may take up to 7 days.
Gift wrapping is available on your order for an additional £2.50 per order.
Items lost in transit
Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £40.00. All orders below £40 are subject to a £3.75 shipping fee.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us please retain proof of posting. Returns postage will be refunded if the item is faulty.
Please note that goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
